BANNED BY OMSI

As you may have read here and here, OMSI –the outfit that claims to be about scientific inquisitiveness—has turned inquisitor and cancelled a presentations by skeptics of the man made global warming theory. Now it’s been rescheduled–away from OMSI. 

The Portland Chapter of the American Meteorological Association has found a new venue and they’ve got a name for their presentation: ‘Is Human Caused Global Warming the Greatest Scientific Myth of our Generation?’ One person close to the proceedings says it was to have been called “Is human caused global warming the greatest scientific scam of our generation?” The title was toned down to accommodate the flat earthers out there who are part of the inquisitorial staff of OMSI and their adherents in the church of man made global warming. This occurred even though OMSI is not a part of this discussion.

In the words of one insider, OMSI is still torked:  

[T]hey were still offended because those who are not of their faith (Global Warming) must not be allowed to speak at all. Climate heretics are not well-liked in Oregon amongst either the faithful or those earning their living from this scam (but I repeat myself).

The American Meteorological Society puts it like this:

Come hear Mr. [George] Taylor, Mr. [Chuck] Wiese and Dr. [Gordon] Fulks explore what they consider to be the many problems with the theory of catastrophic human-caused climate change. They will also present their own forecasts for the next decade, century, millennium and beyond. There will also be a public Q & A session at the conclusion of the meeting.”
