I’m sure the Dems would love to keep the 5th CD partially in MultCo and CD 1 all the way to the river. After all, they rewrote the district lines not so long ago to ensure Dems have an even greater advantage there.
Also that A) Bill Kennemer (R) and, B) Patrick Sheehan (R) would be gerrymandered out of his district and given a decidedly greater Dem registration, respectively, is not motivated by any partisan wishes on the part of the D’s. Of course not.
That both were targeted by the Liar Flyers in the last election by former speaker Dave Hunt’s PAC has NOTHING whatsoever to do with these two being put at a distinct disadvantage in the districts they now represent.
