From the Seattle PI, The Seattle City Council plans to consider limiting the size of homes built in single family neighborhoods.

Owners of smaller homes think it protects their investment. Several have moved away from the larger homes built next door to them.

In such a repressed housing market, how are such large homes selling?

Is a move like this necessary or is it more unnecessary government intrusion? To me, it sounds like city powered Housing Associations.

Will Portland be next?
