Portland’s Mayor, Sam Adams, under investigation by the Attorney General after admitting he lied about the affair with a 17 year old prior to the mayoral election, is facing new troubles.

He is some $5,000 behind in his mortgage payments and his home is in pre-foreclosure.

We know he won’t really end up homeless and he hopes to catch up on his payments to forstall foreclosure.
