One party rule is divided by the Sam issue. Oregon’s secretary of state attempts to find an attorney for Breedlove,
“BROWN made an effort to assist Beau BREEDLOVE with legal representation when she learned about his relationship with Sam ADAMS in January of 2009.”
Later in the interview contained in the AG’s report, Brown was characterized as upset by the Breedlove/Adams story. She was upset because Sam had lied and thought the whole sorry affair was “detrimental to gay and lesbian interests.”
