Rees reminds me of a story that was making only a ripple of news seven months ago. It’s worth reminding ourselves where this President’s priorities are.
President Barack Hussein Obama, is raising the taxes of Americans, and driving the nation deeper in debt (by borrowing 40 per cent of every dollar spent) in order to renovate and refurbish Mosques in Islamic theocracies which are homes to jihadist terrorists.
At the same time, Obama is violating the the First Amendment freedom of exercise of religion by mandating by autocratic diktat that Catholic and other religious hospitals, charities, and enterprise provide health insurance to employees which includes contraceptive and abortion aids which are contrary to the doctrines of those religious bodies.Further, Obama, with the full-throated support of liberal progressives like the ACLU, self-righteously invokes the mantra of “separation of church and state” in refusing even minimal to aid to religiously sponsored schools, let alone taxpayer funds to build or renovate churches.How, pray (if you will excuse the word), is Obama’s direct aid of taxpayer funds “not a violation of church and state,” or “mosque and state” if you will, by his giving U.S. funds to Islamic mosques in jihadist Islamic tyrannies?Is Obama requiring those Mosques to provide contraceptive and abortion aids for the Muslim?
