Bush’s artistic abilities and Daily Show monologue favorites to venture into new territory: parenting.

Just saw a kid on a leash. So not cool.

I understand what he’s feeling. Putting a kid on a leash looks odd and borderline abusive. I’m sure that’s the point Cillizza was trying to make. Some people went with Cillizza’s premise and agreed readily, like this guy

@TheFix IMO permissable if the “preschool-aged child-to-parent ratio” is > 2:1, but I personally still wouldn’t do it.
