Randy Leonard and the ACLU have written into a possible Joint Terrorism Task Force agreement with the Feds that Portland Police Bureau officers won’t be a part of an investigation until the bust is about to go down. Isn’t that where we are right now? Why waste the time? Instead my fellow Oregonians and Washingtonians, look once again at the rogues gallery of accused and convicted terrorists who have called Portland their home. Then ask yourself 

why these “leaders” at City Hall would hesitate for one minute to be a part of the JTTF. Maybe they don’t care more about the ACLU than our safety.
