The majority of the American people know the Democrats were going to shove this down our throats last summer without any input from Republicans. Any.
Now don’t you dare give the imprimatur of the GOP with this charade.
Especially since the president has backed off even his vestigial talk about tort reform. It’s all or nothing with these guys. We’ll get no real reform, less liberty, and higher bills if we don’t anything the Obamabots want on health reform.
I’ve said it a million times. We need reform. We don’t need a take over. These are things we need to do for starters:

• De couple health care from employment
• Make the purchase of health care policies tax exempt
• Allow people to purchase health care policies across state lines
• Keep the high risk pools for hard to insure people in place in states
• Reduce government mandates (such as sex change operations, City of Portland) Besides, when people have more choice you’ll have less need for mandates.
• Tort reform; reduce the jackpot justice for run of the mill cases which help drive up health care costs
