The great mystery of who created the now infamous poster of Obama as the joker has been solved, according to the LA Times.

Turns out to be a fellow Chicagoan, 20-year-old Firas Alkhateeb with a Palistinian ancestry who was just bored and playing around.

Alkhateeb created the poster first as a Time magazine cover, which someone else digitally removed the Time reference and placed “Socialism” under it.

Alkhateeb says he didn’t vote for anyone, but if he had it would have been Democrat Dennis Kucinich.
