Darrin Sanford, accused murderer of 13 year-old Alycia Nipp this past February, entered a plea of guilty to aggravated first degree murder, avoiding the death penalty. He will instead spend the rest of his life behind bars with no possibility of parole.
In entering the plea, he admitted to first raping then murdering the 13 year-old child.
With more Level III Sex Offenders appearing in Clark County, it is hoped Olympia finally wakes up and listens to Senator Don Benton and Representative Ed Orcutt and strengthen our laws to keep these predators off of our streets.
