Police Officer gets in to leave

Occupy Anarchists spent time before their big protest against…what was it again? oh, yes, corporations–to get up to speed on how to best provoke police retribution  on them. They learned their tactics at a couple of meetings at the HQ of all revolutionary groups,  St Francis Church in the, ahem, Che room.

The Portland Police Bureau PIO’s fell all over themselves thanking the protesters for not hurting them or causing a riot. But it wasn’t for lack of trying. They did their best trying to provoke the cops from,

1) Not taking out a permit and telling them where they were going to be marching, to,
2) Starting the melee early by trashing banks and starbucks the night before, to
3) Rampaging the streets and blocking traffic for law abiding citizens, to
4) Charging into fast food restaurants and, for lack of a better word, terrorizing patrons and workers, to
5) Swarming police cars, to
6) Stomping on cars, to
7) Attempting to provoke police horses, to

8) Blocking police

What passes for a more peacful protest to cops doesn’t quite cut it for the rest of us. Businesses were closed down (Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield) and potential shoppers and patrons were told to stay out of the down town core area between 1pm and 5pm so business activity was down for law abiding shop keepers.

That wasn’t a peaceful protest. It was controlled bedlam. The rest of us were us were pawns.

Let’s look at some of their tactics shall we? See the video from citizen journalist “BaerltorBearit” below. I’ve taken screen caps to give you a blow by blow of what they did. *By the way: touching horses is interfering with a police officer. Idiots.
