First up on this episode of The Adult in the Room, Pennsylvania gun attorney Dillon Harris joins the program to discuss the Clarence Thomas-penned decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Assn. v. Bruen, which declared “May Issue” regulations on carry permits to be unconstitutional, and its repercussions for firearm limitation laws throughout the country.

Then, attorney and former Multnomah County GOP Chair James Buchal joins to discuss the acquittal of Joey Gibson, the founder of the right-wing activist group Patriot Prayer who was on trial for his alleged role in a massive, violent brawl that broke out on May 1, 2019 at the now-shuttered ANTIFA-friendly Cider Riot taphouse in Portland.
