I like the part when Clackamas County Commission Chair, Charlotte Lehan,  calls the light rail only bridge, “the first bridge across the Willamette in 40 years!” when its only use is for the light rail very few want and the funding of which will likely be voted down on September 18th. She considers that a win-win!
