State Rep. Mitch Greenlick on his bill to require universities to interview minority* candidates for all coaching jobs, not just football, as the previous incarnation of this bill included.

“You can’t have color blind hiring if you don’t have any minority candidates as part of your pool.”

Help me out, here. Isn’t requiring a specific number of “colors” of people the opposite of being color blind?
