The Romney/Ryan campaign has come to Oregon looking for checks but can’t decide whether to come on my show or even hold a press availability.

His handlers have him giving a speech at a fundraiser at the Governor Hotel and do a private event at the home of a Republican donor, but despite more than 36 hours in Portland, they can’t figure out if it’s safe to let the locals have a minute with him?

If Oregon’s ‘in play’ this election the Republicans sure aren’t acting like it.
