Now it is Oregon House GOP’s turn to lose close vote, on charter schools

No, the “GOP” didn’t “lose” this vote, the kids did. But it doesn’t surprise me that the “newspaper of record,” the “Big O,” or, as I call it, The Zero, doesn’t observe the difference.
