As of 3:06;

Pat Campbell 5,067 31.32%.
Bill Turlay 5,599 34.61%.
Anne McEnerny-Ogle 5,382 33.27%.

The Columbian is now reporting, “Vancouver City Councilor Pat Campbell has been ousted from the general election by his two primary opponents, second-day election returns released Wednesday afternoon show.”

County Elections Supervisor Tim Likness says, “Only about 350 more ballots are expected to roll in countywide, of which about two-thirds will include the Vancouver race. It’s not likely Campbell can make up the difference. That one is basically over.”

Council member Bart Hansen will face Josephine Wentzel as will Larry Smith face Cory Barnes in November.

Bill Turlay and Anne McEnerny-Ogle will face each other.
