The family that makes up the Westboro church released the nearby flyer threatening to picket and disrupt the service for the Army Ranger who died when his special forces unit was hit by Taliban improvised explosive devices.After making the threat, they failed to show up for the service.
Patterson was one of several troops whose ‘death gratuity’ was withheld by the Obama Administration during the partial government shutdown. The Fisher House charity stepped up to pay for Patterson’s funeral arrangements.
