What about the mask worn at extremist May Day parade?

The NAACP has called on the Obama Justice Department to investigate the now infamous mask-wearing-rodeo-clown for mocking the President and “inciting violence.” From the Washington Times via Breitbart,
The Missouri chapter of the NAACP appealed for the U.S. Department of Justice and the Secret Service to launch an investigation and open a federal case against the rodeo clown who donned a mask of President Obama’s face and mocked with the crowd: Do you want to see a bull run down Mr. Obama?
The NAACP says the clown was guilty of inciting violence against the president.
But should the NAACP call for the same investigation into leftists using the Obama visage to –what was it again–incite violence?
Obama mask wearing leftists were prominent at the May Day parade in Portland and at a recent anti electricity protest on the Columbia! If you have to be fearful of any groups inciting violence, doesn’t it stand to reason the Occupy Portland types and the environmental activists (of which Earth First! and Earth Liberation Front are a part) would be the ones from whom you’d expect violence?
