Comrades, Colleagues, and Patriots: I am forwarding for your consideration this Thomas More Law Center “Alert” concern this extremely important, and outrageous case. Thomas More Law Center deserves praise and support for making this fight to reverse yet another despicable, culture transforming decision by the out-of-control, tyrannical and ultra-liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The Ninth Circuit continues to shape and define American culture and values by such decisions as this while being led by the convicted Porno Pervert Chief Judge Alex Kozinski. After being exposed by an L.A. Times report, Kozinski was found guilty by his judicial peers of publishing degrading porno on his website, including among other images, one of naked women posed on all fours and painted as “cows.” However, his judicial peers imposed a slap-on-the-wrist public rebuke upon this porno pervert, and Kozinki remains Chief Judge of the most liberal circuit in America.
The Supreme Court should grant the Thomas More Law Center’s request for review and reverse this latest discriminatory, secular-cleansing, anti-Christian 9th Circuit Court of Appeal decision.
It should also be repudiated by Americans who should stand up like free men and women and tell the 9th Circuit lawyer-judges they have become tyrants in robes who must cease to hand down decisions effectively amending the Constitution, like feudal lords sending down diktats from on high to peasants who meekly accept them, standing or kneeling in awe of their berobed lords. There is no reason for Americans not to openly and directly criticize the lawyer-judges in the same way we criticize the members of Congress and the Executive Branch when they overstep their bounds and purport to dictate to Americans.
It should be made clear to the lawyer-judges of the Judicial Branch as well as to the Congress and Executive Branches: Intolerant “Secular Cleansing” of Christianity in America by Liberal “Progressive” secular extremists epitomized by the ACLU — the Taliban of American liberal secularism — is no less offensive than “Christian Cleansing” by extremist Muslims in the Middle East, Afghanistan, Africa, and India, or by Communists in Red China.”
It is not the America founded on Judeo-Christian values which needs transforming. It is the lawyer-judges of the Judicial Branch, and liberal “progressives” in Congress and the White House, who need transforming. They need to recognize the ultimate sovereign of America — “We, the People,” including Christians, who should not be “cleansed” from our American history or our contemporary American public square by judicial fiat, or liberal progressive politicians. Period.
