The folks at North Coast Oregon found this on You Tube. It was taken in 2008 before Foster became the top environmental cop at the AG’s office. Carrie Bartoldus says she’s tried to find out who took the video but hasn’t been able to figure it out. This was before the big vote in Clatsop County on the LNG pipeline so if it were the “eeeeevilllll” LNG folks you’d think it would have surfaced before now.
