Sam Adams and the rest of the Rainbow City Council take up the “plastic” bag ban as an emergency ordinance this week. If it’s such an emergency then why don’t they ban these bags?

I guess it won’t do to have the newspaper of record–The Zero–included in the ban. They might begin to tell the truth about the stupidity of banning ethylene bags.

As the head of the Save Our Plastic Bag Coalition told me on the air yesterday, “I used to think that they’d listen to the truth and act accordingly. Now they know the truth and they ignore it.”
