AAt the same time the Portland Water Bureau is agitating for covers for the reservoirs we hear about this story of a man caught on tape peeing in the reservoir. As my husband said when our toddler peed in the bathtub for the umpteenth time, “parts per million, dear.”

What is going on? Five bucks says this sudden alarm is to prepare Portlanders for the big tax/fee increase to cover the resevoir, only to have the funds funneled to Sam Adam’s bike path or lightrail projects. Period. Wasn’t it Dan Salzman who said, “The water budget is not Sam Adam’s credit card.”
Quick! Sue them to stop the realease of contaminated water!
