Lew told me about this bill from Jim Moeller and the Democrats. It gives a special carve out for “medical” marijuana smokers in case they get pulled over for impaired driving. If they test positive for dope they won’t necessarily get hauled in. They will face the music if they’re “impaired.” How can you tell?
