Story on choking here. H/T Daily Caller. And now, ironically, the MoveOn.Commies are calling for Congressional action to get rid of speech they deem offensive. Can I be on that committee? Probably not.
Here’s Rep Brady’s idea of what would protect Congress from ‘violent speech:’

Rep. Robert Brady (D-Pa.) reportedly plans to introduce legislation that would make it a federal crime to use language or symbols that could be perceived as threatening or inciting violence against a federal official or member of Congress.
