Call Congressman Schrader to remind him of his promise…
Schrader Said: If Certain Aspects of the Original House Bill
Are Not Included In The Final Bill, Then I’m Voting No

Dear Friends,
Last November, Rep. Kurt Schrader was one of the final people who decided to vote for Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s trillion-dollar government run health care experiment that would increase premiums, raise taxes, slash Medicare, and places Washington bureaucrats between Oregonians and their doctors.
A few weeks later the legislation went to the Senate where in a last-minute attempt to save the bill, Senator Harry Reid loaded the bill up with a slew of kickbacks to entice his Democratic Pals to vote for the legislation.  Some of the giveaways included the infamous Cornhusker Kickback and the Louisiana Purchase, which probably explains why Rep. Kurt Schrader promised his constituents at a town hall meeting in January that if certain aspects of the original House bill, including reform on Medicare reimbursement, are not included in the final bill, he would not be voting in favor of it.
Well last week, Speaker Nancy Pelosi said the House of Representatives would  have to vote on the exact bill passed in the Senate and that President Obama would sign it into law.  As a result by the reasons Rep. Schrader outlined, it would appear that he is absolutely voting against the bill, but Squirmy Schrader has now said he is undecided.
Please call Kurt Schrader at (202) 225-5711 or (503) 588-9100 and remind him that he promised that if certain aspects of the original House bill are not included in the final bill, he would not be voting in favor of it.

Sincerely,

Bob Tiernan

P.S. Don’t forgot to call, because according to The Oregonian, Schrader was literally one of the final votes last time and you know Speaker Pelosi will be working around the clock trying to convince him to break his promise to the people of Oregon’s Fifth Congressional District.

Tell ’em where you saw it. Http://www.victoriataft.com
