Full Frontal Rude-ity: Portland Art Museum Hawks Naked Bike Rider Pedalphiles to Pump Up Attendance

Naked bike ride school
Because the City of Portland bends over backwards for these Pedalphiles, they’ve started a new daytime bike ride–great for your whole family!

The World Naked Bike Ride is scheduled for June 8  and the Art Museum is coordinating their cool looking Cyclopedia Exhibit for the same day. In fact the naked bike riders will begin their ride in the park blocks by the museum. The museum is also hosting a special exhibit for the exhibitionists encouraging them to come to the display nude. You can guarantee more perverts per square inch than a typical Piss Christ crowd. From the Zero:

And so it is on June 8, cyclists in various stages of undress will meet at the museum. They’ll get a special deal to see “Cyclepedia” from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., when the ride begins: The price of admission to the show is $1 per item of clothing. That means no clothes — no charge.

As [naked bike ride leader Meghan] Sinnott says, the museum folks “get it.” As [Beth] Heinrich says, “The human body is art.”

Sorry Beth, YOU don’t get it.

Perhaps watching this video will help illustrate the pervert factor you’re inviting into your establishment. Please note their pedaling past what appears to be a school. Oh, yes, it’s a weekend. I’m SURE there are NO children living in that neighborhood (eyeroll),

The Pedalphiles start riding during the day

See here where the City of Portland co hosted events with the naked men and tout it as “for all ages.”

The problem with the Naked Bike Ride in Portland–besides getting a police escort and closing streets for people who are respectable–is the riders start during the day in front of kids, parents and oldsters. It’s shock value for shock value’s sake. It makes Portland a more perverted place to live. Please see my posts here, here, here and here.

Obama to College Grads: Reject Those Voices Who Warn of Government Tyranny.

The President tries to malign the huge group of people who think there’s such a thing as too much government–which leads to tyranny. He took to the podium to talk to college grads over the weekend and instead of offering soaring rhetoric and a hopeful message, devolved into his best Alynskyite tactic, Rules 5, 10 and 11 from Rules for Radicals:

  • “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”
  • “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.”
  • “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”

I’d say we should expect more from our President, but then again, he’s just a thug, not a gentleman. We are not surprised by anything he does anymore.
