Remember when Oregon Congressman David Wu said he’d leave after he saved the country from fiscal ruin after he helped get us into it? Well, the President signed the debt bill yesterday, but Wu is still in office. Why?
 As one website put it:

This is the already crazy guy who suddenly (and allegedly!) had an “unwanted sexual encounter” with an donor’s barely legal daughter! And sure, he’s resigning — when, exactly? — but he probably didn’t have to, since the nation’s attention has been so taken with 10-year discretionary spending caps and the triggered “tranches” of public debt issuance. But here he is anyway, saying goodbye before yesterday’s vote, in his non-tiger human clothes. Goodbye, sexpot!
