If Wendy’s had bothered to use the E-verify system it may have discovered the applicant was illegally here. If they’d bothered to further check Wendy’s might have discovered he was jailed TWICE on other charges. But it didn’t bother. And a woman co worker was raped.

• The criminal should never have been in this country at all.
• The previous felonies for which he was jailed should have gotten him deported.
• Oregon is responsible for failing to hold law breakers accountable.
• Wendy’s is responsible for failing to check out the criminal.
• Oregon Democrats refuse to allow for a vote two bills that would result in requiring Oregon businesses to use e-verify.

Yet another person has very likely been Raped by an alleged Illegal Alien, a co-worker, who Fox 12 News reports (http://www.kptv.com/news/19451805/detail.html) was previously in Jail twice in another state and released not Deported. He then came to our Sanctuary state to steal a job and commit another horrific crime. He is now in the Clackamas County Jail with an ICE hold.
