OLYMPIA — Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna says he will join a multi-state lawsuit challenging the health-care law just approved by Congress.

In a statement, McKenna, a Republican, said he believes the measure’s requirement that everyone buy health insurance is unconstitutional.
