**WHAT POLICE SAY THEY FOUND IN ONE OF THE HOMES BELOW
I can’t wait for the Occupy Portland non-leader-leader/s to explain why their “non violent,” “peaceful,” “we’re no anarchists,” “we’re not black bloc,” group house-jacked an old lady and left behind their anarchist materials.
Boy, they’ve been mighty silent since the February 9th and February 13th arrests where police found Occupy and anarchist materials in their possession. Also left behind, according to police, was a note explaining why they chose one of the homes,
“The idea was that we might have a better chance at survival if the landowner was, as our research could tell, a batty old lady and her bed ridden husband.”
Perhaps it’s because it’s unseemly, not to mention illegal, to take advantage of elderly people like that the Occupy Portland crowd is quiet about their buddies’ arrests. I’m sure that old “batty” lady, as they called her, took one look at our boy Alex Ayers and relented on pretty much anything they demanded of her.
The people who pretend to champion the “99%, ” a purloined phrase from a PR man in Canada, decided it was just easier to house jack the property of an old lady and her bed ridden husband because, well, you know, it’s just easier to steal things from people who can’t fight back. They did exactly what they accuse the banks of doing–taking from powerless people.
Alex has friends. And below is the rogue’s gallery of thugs who jacked the old lady and her elderly husband’s house with details of the other house jacking by these thugs. Oh, the second story is a good one. Read on.
From the cop shop:
“Officers located documentation indicating that this house was part of a larger, organized effort to victimize an elderly property owner. One handwritten letter located at the residence contained this statement:
“For the better part of 2011 the squatter community in Portland has been focused upon houses owned by an elderly bankrupt lady named [name withheld by Portland Police]. The idea was that we might have a better chance at survival if the landowner was, as our research could tell, a batty old lady and her bed ridden husband.”
Additional material related to the local Anarchist and Occupy movements was also present.”

Then yesterday the following two were picked up for squatting in another house on N Minnesota street while the owner was in the hospital.
From the cop shop:
“On Monday February 13, 2011, at approximately 11:30 a.m., North Precinct Officers responded to a call of a burglary in progress at a residence in the 4900 block of North Minnesota Avenue. Officers arrived and spoke with the property owner who told them nobody was supposed to be in the house.
Officers contacted two subjects inside and arrested them for trespassing. Additional material was located inside the house indicating links to the local Anarchist movement, as well as addresses of other local vacant houses, boxing and mixed martial arts sparring equipment, and literature about picking and” defeating locks.

The one basic fact these house jackings point up is the fundamental flaw in the Occupy mind set. The Occupiers want to take what they didn’t earn and they want the government to do it for them. They’re worse than the corporations they claim to despise.
I see here that our house thieves are also learned in picking locks. Perhaps that might come in handy if they ever see a day in jail.
**UPDATE Sergeant Pete Simpson tells me that among the things found in the second house with the two perps were drying animal hides because they apparently live off the land. Not sure what their buds in the ALF will think of that. Sparring equipment was also found in the second home which cops believe was being used to bone up on tactics to fight cops. Two way radios and other items linking them to Occupy Portland and their anarchist buddies were also found. The Portland Police say they recognize all of these people from Occupy Portland. Occupy Portland is denying it.
