Oregon AG Kroger at Rally Willamette Week

The man who helped write the lawsuit, David Rivkin, was on the show yesterday and dropped to us that two more states–including Pennsylvania–are joining the lawsuit by states attorneys general against ObamaCare. See previous post (here) for issues pertaining to the lawsuit. Here’s the question: where is Oregon’s Attorney General on this issue?
John Kroger’s spokesman says they’re reviewing it. Considering that Kroger attended at least one rally in (see Willamette Week photos) favor of the total government take over of health care with the unions, I imagine it might be difficult to stand up for the rest of us, stand up for the constitution and Oregon citizens’ rights under it. Health care services and insurance are commodities, not rights.
