See the child next to the place where “the water runs into the wires?” That’s East Sylvan Middle School. Does he look like a 6th grader to you? Me, neither. But that’s just a small piece of the puzzle. Now look to what he’s pointing at:

Now look at what producer Dylan found. This supposedly–according to PPS spokesman, Matt Shelby, is the same pipe paraphernalia. See for yourself. Where’s the valve and the inspection tag? Dylan couldn’t find it and apparently Shelby couldn’t, either. The producer of the commercial told Dylan this is the school where they shot the part about the water/wire. Makes you wonder.
