Oh, this is just too easy!
Nick Kahl, one of the Democrats who sent out the Liar Flyers (see posts here and here) accusing his Republication opponent of the outrageous and untrue claim that he wants a sales tax (30% !!) AN ABSOLUTELY MADE UP CLAIM, himself supported nearly every single tax and fee increase in the last legislative session. Remember now, Democrats crammed through $1.6 BILLION DOLLARS IN NEW SPENDING IN THE LAST LEGISLATIVE SESSION. Nick Kahl voted in favor of bills which, if they’d all passed, would have resulted in $3.8 billion dollars in spending.
Kahl voted yes to raise these taxes and fees:

• The personal income tax increase
• Hospital and & insurance premium taxes
• Transportaion fees and gas taxes
• Corporate tax increases
• Disconnection from federal tax code
• Sunsetting tax credits
• Judicial system surcharges
• DEATH CERTIFICATE FEE INCREASE
• Measure 49 filing fee increases

And he voted in favor of 29 other taxes and fees also (but I didn’t feel like typing them all in because it’s late and I have to go to bed).
