Oppressives on CBC Video: You Don’t See What You’re Really Seeing

We shared this copiously on the air yesterday. It was the “Outrage of the Day.” This recording, found on the Big Government website, was made by a Washington Times reporter (on the show today) that captures the walk through the “Kill the Bill!” chanting Tea Party folks on the day of the health care vote. Members of the caucus, like Nancy Pelosi, walked through the crowd, when they could have gone around, in order to get their photo ops of them standing up to the Tea Party protesters. From this crowd walk grew the story, now debunked
(here, here) that Tea Partiers hurled racist slurs at the Congressmen. No evidence of the slurs have ever been uncovered. (If it ever is I’ll apologize. So far that isn’t necessary.)
Once again observe the guy at the end of the video. What’s he holding? I’ll come back to that in a minute.

Despite the array of news media, Tea Partiers with recorders, cameras etc,  no one ever captured one utterance of the “N” word hurled at the Congressmen, including that guy with the RECORDER in his hand. Still, without evidence and without thinking, the compliant media reported the “story” because it comports with what they’d been told by the left about the Tea Party Patriots.
Now Salon is reporting that the video doesn’t actually capture the original walk through the crowd! This is apparently a facsimile of a walk through the crowd. The “N” word hurling invective occurred during ANOTHER walk through the crowd. I’ll find out today. Be listening between 11-3pm. I don’t know what time the Washington Times reporter is coming on to talk about it.
