See my post here for more context on this story but Eric the Great has been checking out the internet life of Occupy PORTLAND, Occupy Wall Street and Anonymous Sympathizer, Christopher Lee Carlson. He’s charged with a series of anthrax scares throughout the country.

The Willamette Week buried in paragraph seven of their updated story about this white powder scare this little nugget:

Wonder why Willamette Week didn’t bother to connect him to the most obvious OWS connection, Occupy Portland? There’s plenty of cross pollination between the two. Now, I understand you don’t necessarily know the people who follow you on twitter and other social media sites. Understood. But you can’t escape the connections between Occupy Portland and Carlson; a connection Willamette Week most assiduously attempted to–what? Paper over? Not bother to look into? Play down?
