After all the plays we were treated to when a disgruntled Iraqi Journalist threw his shoes at President Bush, you would think a book being hurled at Obama would merit some equal play. Apparently not.

Is This a Sign They’ll Do Anything to get Erec, er, Elected?

The incident happened at a rally held in Philadelphia, October 10. The Secret Service also came under fire when Bush ducked the shoes for not being there to prevent the incident.

No mention of the book throwing or Secret Service failing this time.

Obama seems to have not even noticed a book was thrown at him nor is it yet known by whom.

I don’t know why anyone would want to waste a perfectly good book.
