Besides the phony claim the Himalayan glaciers would melt completely by 2035, now the IPCC has more problems with its AR 2004  2007 IPCC report on “man made” global warming/climate change/anything label that will scare school children and the media.
The IPCC pulled that Himalayan figure from a press release by the World Wildlife Fund, one of whose members heard a speech by a scientist who said glaciers could be melting and made the rest up. The IPCC has apologize for using phony data. (here)
It looks like a few more apologies are in order. 
According to Anthony Watts well regarded skeptics blog, Watt’sUpWithThat, now we find the United Nations’ IPCC report is also full of OTHER references to the World Wildlife Fund.
The obvious problem, of course, is that WWF does NO research. They do produce scary videos from which this picture was taken. Look at that. This picture predicts tsunamis that will kill more people than 9/11. Get it?
