Plastic Bag Ban: When is "Single Use" Not "Single Use?" In the UK

The enviros and lefties and anti corporatists–but I repeat myself–continue to label the bags “single use.” I noticed this while looking up some info on ethylene bags.
They had a few things wrong in this Wiki page (here) such as being made out “petroleum,” but I thought this re-use stat was worth sharing.

According to the UK’s Environment Agency, 76% of carrier bags are reused.[1] An estimated 90% of individuals reuse plastic bags, and 56% of individuals reuse all plastic shopping bags.[2] Heavier duty plastic shopping bags are suitable for multiple uses as reusable shopping bags.
