Part of Az Illegal Alien Law Struck Down

Part of Arizona immigration law stayed. Here’s decision. Here are a few of the observations I’ve found out already:

Az law put down because according to CBS news legal analyst: put too much burden on feds. I’m not making that up.

Az law put down because of supremacy clause. That doesn’t make sense because the US currently allows 287g program. Who’s this judge trying to kid, anyway?

The law is too burdensome on the feds so, hey, I know, let’s get rid of all laws. They’re just too burdensome. Let’s start with income taxes.

Upheld provision barring sanctuary cities, human smuggling provisions, crack down on businesses hiring illegals.
