Mike Bellotti? ‘Scuse me?
So let me get this straight: Oregon’s press-clipping-loving

Attorney General, John Kroger, doesn’t want to go after the left on the onerous expense, taxation of individuals and financial ruin of the states over ObamaCare. He doesn’t want to waste a cent to stand for constitutional principle, state sovereignty and an illegal individual order to BUY INSURANCE, but he wants  “to get as much information on it as he can” on Mike Bellotti’s contract with the University of Oregon?????????
The constitutional case against ObamaCare is being borne by the state of Florida so it confers NO (zip, nada, bubkus) expense on the state of Oregon.
Still, the Oregon AG is very concerned with Bellotti’s contractual obligations in a fight which most certainly would redound to Bellotti’s favor.
However, this man of the left would undoubtedly argue that current contracts with his union cronies would be off limits to a challenge, so it seems amusing that he would use state resources to go after a contractual bond with the former U of O football coach and Athletic Director. But, you see, Kroger is a man who is of the far left. This is about press clippings. He’s playing the card that plays to his base. He is playing the class envy card. He thinks Bellotti should rescind some of the $2.3 million paid to him after he left his AD position. You may agree. BUT it’s instructive that the Oregon Attorney General would waste time with this pittance —to make his political point—when potentially billions will be spent on an unconstitutional ObamaCare.
This is the terror dome. Please make a note of it.
