Barack Obama, Poseur in Chief, has announced he will not attend Memorial Day Services at Arlington Cemetery Monday, May 31, 2010, as he will be resting and vacationing in Chicago, Illinois.
He may make remarks at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Chicago.
Vice-president Joseph Biden is scheduled to lay the wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
He will return to Washington D.C. in time to pay homage to former Beatle Paul McCartney June 2.
