This is infuriating. If Savas had his way there would be NO public vote on UR and right now the county would be about to approve a new UR plan on McLoughlin to fund Light Rail and all the usual development. The ONLY THING that stopped them was the initiative measure Savas voted against. He himself has been opposed to the citizens voting and is now providing the same Portland style resistance to the new rail vote measure.
