The pollution tax credit is a step in the right direction (at least in concept).But it is only a start.I do not agree that anything close to the true externalities cost is really being paid.I would like to see the pollution tax credit applied to individuals as well. But it may prove to cost more to administrate than it is worth. In concept I like the idea.
