Unable to dig up any substantial dirt on former Texas Congressman and House Leader, Ton DeLay over the past 6 years, the Department of Justice has ended their probe and decided against filing any charges, angering many on the left.

The allegedly

“nonpartisan watchdog group,” The Campaign for Fair Elections released a statement saying, “The decision by the Department of Justice to drop its criminal investigation into former Majority Leader Tom DeLay’s relationship with convicted lobbyist Jack Abramoff is further evidence that the scandal is not what is illegal, but rather what is legally permitted each and every day in Washington, D.C.”

I fail to recall similar outrage when DOJ dropped all charges against the New Black Panthers over voter intimidation.
