After several members of an Army unit took a video complaining of each being charged $200.00 to check a fourth bag they were assured would be free, Delta has “changed” its policy. With the “change” the video of the disgruntled soldiers has been removed! 
The soldiers had just come back from Afghanistan and were traveling from Baltimore to Louisiana. Their trip included an 18 hour layover. Nice, huh? 
As one of the soldiers added sardonically, “Great business plan, Delta!”
