I talked to the Portland Day of Rager yesterday on the program and he’s either a naive kid or a thinks I’m a naive lady. The “Day of Rage” he says is supposed to be about clean elections and wall street greed. It’s all about ‘peace,’ he tells me. Why the word “rage” is used, then, is a mystery.

It’s also more than a little ironic that the idea behind the Day of Rage came from the crown prince of the SEIU and Wade Rathke of continuing criminal enterprise and election fraud operation otherwise named ACORN.

From the jump we know this is just another left wing, crack pot, black bloc, fruit bat enterprise masquerading as an exercise in “peace.”

Here’s an example of one of their twitter blasts:

I dunno, call me nutty, but “occupy wall street” hardly sounds benign.

The “day of…” moniker has been used many a time.

Day of Defiance
Day of Silence

but day of rage has a precious pedigree in America.

As Rees Lloyd explains:

I hope you will note the irony of your guest from the Day of Rag[ing] Idiots laughably carrying out this “rage”  in the name of “the people,” not only with Acorn, so corrupt it has had all funding cut-off and had to change its name, but also SEIU–which is not just a thuggish union, but a union of public sector employees. That is, these infantile political narcissists  are “raging” in league with  the agents of the government , SEIU members, who have their heads in the public trough feeding off the taxes paid by “the people, in whose name, and against whom, they are “raging.”

I was active in the civil rights movement which suffered great damage in public opinion when unfortunately linked in the public mind to the original Days of Rage carried out at the Democrat Convention in Chicago in 1968, led by the narcissists of SDS like Tom Hayden, domestic terrorist like Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dorn of the Weather Underground, socialists, communists, anarchists, and others purporting to be the “vanguard of the revolution” and speaking in the name of, and self-appointed leaders of, “the people.”

Benjamin Franklin was right: “There’s nothing new under the [leftist] sun.”

As for his “rage” against the United Decision, that case resulted in what he considers an adverse Supreme Court Decision in major part when the attorney for the Obama Regime argued that under that law “books” could be banned.

Who was that lawyer: The charming Ms. Kagan, now Supreme Court Justice Kagan.

Now, there’s something to rage about.
