According to a poll by Republican pollster Bob Moore, Rob Cornilles has pulled within four points of the Democrat in the race for Oregon Congressional District 1.

In the last 30 years ORCD1 has become a decisive Democrat district, growing to  D+11 in voter registration most recently. Last November Cornilles lost to Democrat David Wu by 13 points.

A phone survey of 300 of likely voters on January 11th and 12th put Cornilles within four points of Bonamici, 42% to 46%. That would put his campaign within victory range leading up to the election.

Cornilles’ opponent in this race Suzanne Bonamici, her husband (Wu’s attorney now an appointed judge), the Oregon Democrat Party and Wu’s staff covered up for the addled Congressman through it all—rape allegations, sex with a teenager allegations, pill popping, drunkeness and wearing his infamous tiger suit while in a drunken stupor and texting it out to his staff. His staff blew the left him en masse when Wu’s victory looked safely secured.

The Wu Haul

SloBo is against fixing social security–except to raise taxes to back fill it. She’s against choice in public education, e.g. online academies, unless the government does it. She thinks job creation is the job of government and says she will create a program to give “capital” to small businesses. Bonamicic doesn’t understand that government “capital” is just money taken from the private sector by way of taxes and given over to the government’s hand chosen recipients.
