Sometimes the best things I read all are your emails. Herewith are a few good ones from today. The best emails are self contained and self explanatory.

From Uncle Ron:

From Andy from Beaverton about Al Gore taking ‘BIG OIL’ money from the terrorist friendly regime of Qatar when he sold his “Current TV” network and turned it into AlGoreZeera:

It’s funny listening to the left about this.  They could care less about the pro-Palestinian viewpoints, but are upset that Gore sold out to big oil.  Doesn’t anyone remember how much the Gore family benefited from Occidental Petroleum?

On what could be the same subject, Marc writes in:

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the galleys, heard in the very hall of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor—he speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and wears their face and their garment, and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation—he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city—he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared.

From Rich on what could be a future blog post here about it:

I am a writer and by accident I ran across your ad on ArchNewsNow. I write for them (http://www.archnewsnow.com/features/Feature305.htm). I am also to former director of planning for the Portland metropolitan area. I got the federal government to provide $750,000 for a earthquake study of the Portland metropolitan area. The money helped map the region’s earthquake issues. And I learned that every 350 years a major earthquake in the 8-9 magnitude destoyed the place. It is called the Juan de Fuca. But no one is aware of this. I found out that my home was not covered, by insurance, for an earthquake. Now it is. Good luck. The timeline is up and is now. I hope that I do not live to experience it. All bridges will collapse. Most of downtown Portland will crash. It will be a disaster beyond all comprehension. And this story will only be told on the day after it happens. But that is the price the media pays for the short story.
